There actually is a couple on the mountain in the distant view. Antimony is commonly referred to as the wolf; and it suggests the wild nature of antimony which much be tamed, becoming eventually the beloved dog of the Fool or French follis which is a pun of the word for puffer, a diminutive name for the athanor feeding alchemists, who felt they showed greatness through humility. Basil Valentine coined antimoine, or the anti-monk, after testing the stuff on monks in his monastery, causing violent reactions.
